What silencer do you have and will it fit the stock pipe I bought mine to fix but I need a new silencer because they where going to repack it and lost the parts 🤦‍♂️

Haven't rebuilt one in awhile, I've had mine all taken apart, but now I'm having issues with my sprocket going back with the chain on, it's as if the chain is too tight or something, but the sprocket won't go back with the chain on, yet the chain hasn't changed at all, any reason for this?

Hello 🎉 my 90 4x4 is at the shop now with this issue so it helps to see what is going on. There saying their going to junkyard for part which was concerning. Now their talking weld ? The clutch wasn't slipping and the truck didn't want to start, until it didn't start. Oh and they said don't watch videos that have information. 😢 hard to be a girl 😂😂

Are you able to access the fuel tank pressure sensor from here? I thought it was on top of the fuel pump but not too sure. I have multiple evap codes. Also, what kind of sealer did you use? Great video!!

You know what you never thought about this but I'll tell you I'm experienced from riding bicycles how are you going to move your legs with the motor in the middle in case you have to pedal your bike elsewhere and you can't because you have the motor in the middle and your knees will be hitting it I put the motor in the back do avoiding your knee's from etting banged ban ?? But yeah I a lot easier to put the motor in the back so that way you got your knees moving freely good luck and have a good day drive safe

I am off to get an angle finder this morning I guess.... Not a truck, but I have a 1970 Ford Torino that vibrates BADLY while accelerating. I have three to four inches of shackle lift, plus some shocks with external springs, and an OLD driveshaft. I also suspect my slip yoke bushing is also worn, since I can feel looseness side to side when I push and pull on it. SO, I may end up hunting down angle shims today or tomorrow. The slip yoke thing may become less of an issue if the angles are correct, and then I can deal with that when I can find a bushing puller and installer tools. Not a daily driver, just a toy thankfully. I am also looking to get the driveshaft balanced, or at least check it to be sure.

All good, but do NOT put any GREASE on seal. Else, the seal will SPIN, seal will not be seated properly, seal will eventually leak. Instead, clean the contact surfaces from grease with brake cleaner, and then use Dry Silicone spray. Dry Silicone is super-slippery at first. Then, after about 5 to 10 minutes it completely dries out and acts as a glue. Use only Dry Silicone spray on seal installations. Aside: of course, you can use any grease on inner surface of seal where it contacts the shaft.
